Footloose presents See/Sound/Move
an interactive performance and jam for creative play fueled by open source digital media. Dancers, musicians and sound artists will lay the groundwork for making improvised art which will be layered by computer wizards using video processing visualizations. You are invited to be in the zone by witnessing or immersing yourself with others. It’s a trip down the rabbit hole that gets “Curiouser and curiouser!”

Anastasia Kostner and Maarten Vanderglas, dancers/choreographers from the Netherlands bring an interactive dance installation allowing a humor-play of encounter with audience.

Footloose is a presenting and producing nonprofit that creates and develops work in collaboration with artists from all fields of the arts. Programming includes Footloose’s own productions, residencies, and co-presentations with other producers of theater, dance, music, comedy and multi-media. The company is funded by Grants for the Arts/SF Hotel Tax Fund, generous individuals and businesses.

Kinetech is a collaboration of dancers, visual/sound artists, programmers and scientists who share a common passion for live performance with the current day technology. The members host an ongoing weekly open lab and create public performances and installations.
